TASTING NOTE

VISUALLY: Pale straw yellow color, fine and persistent bubble.
AROMA: Presents notes of fruit, fresh, with a predominance of lees and fennel.
TASTE: Shades of nuts. Excellent citrus acidity. Long, fine and pleasant step.

COMMENT

Coming from own vineyards. Organic viticulture.
